Shredded Beef 

I got a slow cooker last Christmas and love the ability to shred this, making me feel like a proper chef for little effort. However most of the recipes had rubs etc, all things to be honest I couldn’t really be arsed with. So for a nice simple recipe.

Ingredients

  • Beef Shoulder (or any cut)  sliced/hacked into  large chunks
  • Onions

Method

  • Chop onions into large chunks and place in slow cooker
  • Place beef into store cooker
  • Cook in low for 8 hours (or overnight)
  • Shred with two forks

  • Leave for 30 mins or so
  • Move to a container

  • Flavour as needed before using
